Economy Thrift Tires

I went there today, and it seemed like everybody and their mama needed their tires done! I understand they were extremely busy, but that doesn't excuse a four-and-a-half-hour wait. The reason I gave this business two stars is because the communication between the staff inside and the staff outside was completely inconsistent. The employees inside would tell you one thing, while the employees outside were doing something entirely different. Every time I asked how much longer it would be, I was told, "You're next," but that clearly wasn't the case. Several customers who arrived after me were taken before I was. I understand waiting your turn, but this experience was beyond unreasonable. The technicians do great work, but they need a better system for communicating who's next and what services are being performed. Customers should not have to sit for over four hours wondering when they'll be helped. It got so bad that one customer, who had already paid cash for his tires, waited more than three hours before asking for a refund and leaving. I truly wish I could have given this business four stars because they are excellent at what they do. Unfortunately, good workmanship doesn't ma

Today I went to Economy Thrift Tires to repair two tires, and it was a blessing to receive the help and knowledge from Henry. This kid was super nice and even went out of his way to explain certain things to me. He also noticed I was missing a valve stem cap, and without hesitation, he went and got me one from the shop. I would definitely continue going there with this kind of customer service. I highly recommend asking for Henry — the young guy with earrings!

Had a nail in my tire. Showed up and they had me out in just minutes. Everyone there was a pleasure to deal with. The waiting area was also very comfortable and clean. The employee was busy handling another customer while I was waiting to pay. Rather than making me wait, they told me to just go. They valued my time that much. I really appreciated that. Will definitely come back for any tire needs. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest work!

Great experience at this tire shop in Manassas, VA. I came in for an alignment, and they did it right the first time. They also noticed my front driver-side control arm needed replacement and were upfront about it. After I fixed it, I came back and they honored their word by doing a second alignment for free. Now the car drives smoothly and is perfectly aligned. Professional, honest, and trustworthy staff. Highly recommended.

I had an excellent experience at Economy Thrift Tires on March 20, 2026. I brought in both of my cars on the same day to have all the tires replaced, and the service was impressively fast—about 20 minutes per car, including installation and balancing. The team was incredibly professional, and both the workers and the manager were very kind, welcoming, and efficient throughout the entire process. Everything was handled smoothly, and I really appreciated how organized and customer-focused they were. On top of that, the pricing was very reasonable and affordable, which made the experience even better. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quick, reliable, and friendly tire service.
